RegSoft.com does charge a low one-time fee of $9.95, but does not require exclusivity.
RegSoft.com will receive a commission on sales of a product to be calculated as follows:
The commission shall be $3.00 per registration fee for products $30.00 and under. For products over $30.00, 8.9% of the selling price
of the Product per registration will be the commission. The balance of the sale after deduction of the commission shall be paid on or
before the last day of the month following the month in which the sales occurred. With each payment, RegSoft.com will provide to the
vendor a report that sets forth the calculation of the amount of the commissions paid.
Chargeback and refund bank fees will be absorbed by RegSoft.com. Therefore, vendors
may comfortably work with RegSoft.com in a "risk free" scenario whereby vendors only pay registration fees for completed transactions.
